About Donna Lampkins
I have been a full-time Realtor since 2004. I was born and raised in Dante, VA, but has lived in the Kingsport area for 45 years. I am proud to be a Tennessee Affiliate Broker with Keller Williams Realty and honored to hold the following professional designations in Real Estate: CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist ) Statistically, only 3% of Realtors hold the designation of CRS. GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute).
I am also a Member of National Association of REALTORS, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors. I have also chosen to be a major investor in RAPAC ( “Investing in RAPAC gives our local, state and national associations the ability to help protect our industry and the people we serve. I invest because I believe in our profession, preserving the American Dream of homeownership, and protecting the rights of property owners!” I was also was elected to serve on the Northeast Tennessee Board of Directors in 2018 for a three-year term.
I pride myself on being reliable, dependable, and honest. I work diligently to ensure that my clients needs are met. My eye for detail, as well as my ability to troubleshoot potential issues, allows me to put my clients at ease throughout the buying/selling process. Over the course of my career, I have developed many personal and professional relationships that help make for a smooth transaction. Furthermore, I am a certified interior decorator. My clients definitely benefit from my expertise in this area, especially when it comes to staging advice on ensuring your property stands out in today’s competitive market!
